Terms of use

1. The service

usrati.games is a video game platform for the whole family, published by USRATI GAMES (see the legal notice). Every game follows strict rules: no depiction of the head of a living being, no music, nothing that contradicts tawhid, no obscenity.

The games currently offered are free. Paid offers may be introduced later; they will then have their own terms, shown before any payment.

2. The family account

The account is created by an adult (a parent or legal guardian), with an email address and a password, or with a Google account. This adult is responsible for the account and for how family members use it, especially children.

The account holds up to 8 profiles (first name, colour, age range, language) and a parent code that protects profile management and the parent area. Keep this code and your password to yourself.

You can delete the account at any time from the parent area: all of the family's data is then erased.

3. Playing online

Some games are played online with other players. Each profile appears there under a player name it chooses: never its first name, nor a name that is rude, insulting, misleading or disrespectful to religion. The publisher may refuse or change a name that breaks these rules.

Chat only exists between players who know each other (a game joined with a code given by a friend); it is filtered (swear words, links and contact details are removed). There is never any chat with strangers.

In online games, play fair: no cheating, no harassment, no attempt to harm the service or other players. Parents can turn off online play for each profile.

4. What is forbidden

Using the service for illegal purposes, bypassing its protections, trying to access another family's data, copying or reselling the games, or using a player name that breaks these terms.

If these terms are broken, the publisher may suspend access to online play or to the account, after notice by email except in an emergency.

5. Availability and liability

The publisher does its best to keep the service running without interruption, but cannot guarantee it (maintenance, hosting outage, network). An internet connection is required to play.

Progress is saved automatically; the publisher cannot be held liable for data loss caused by abnormal use of the service or by events beyond its control.

6. Intellectual property

The games, their pictures, sounds and texts, and the usrati.games name and logo are protected. The account grants a personal, family, non-commercial right of use.

8. Changes, governing law, contact

These terms may change; the update date appears at the top of the page. Families are notified by email of any significant change.

These terms are governed by French law. In case of disagreement, an amicable solution is sought first: write to contact@usrati.games.
